In any construction project, it is imperative that engineers, project managers and contractors are able to collaborate throughout the project’s lifecycle. Through the BIM process, Revit makes all this possible. All aspects of the project, including schedules, digital representations of actual building components and synchronization of systems (mechanical, electrical) are managed in a single model. Communication with workmen on site is made possible through BIM 360, and several draughtspersons can work simultaneously on a project using worksets.
There is a lot to learn in Revit. The Revit Software is divided into three disciplines: Revit Architecture (Fundamentals and Advanced), Revit Structure and Revit MEP. The Revit Architecture Fundamentals course focuses on the building of the architectural model by placing intuitive elements such and walls, doors and windows.
